
Overview
Fabricated, and commissioned a plunge column guide frame. The frame sits on a steel base over a pre-drilled, concrete-filled pile; a structural column is lowered through the guide, which holds it plumb and centred while the concrete cures to lock its final position.

- Fabrication including cut, fit, weld, and painting.
- Set-out and survey for base level and plumb checks; shim/packer adjustments.
- Commissioning dry run, trial lower, alignment verification, and hold during cure.
