All welding and fabrication delivered across nuclear, defence, food, power, piling, machinery, and waste sectors. I take projects from CAD to fabrication, on-site fitting, and commissioning with full welding codes and certifications.

Recent work includes a month-long standby supporting nuclear power station piling ops (relevant clearances held), defence work on castings and components, fabricating food-grade screeners, vibrating sieves, elevators, silos, ducting, and HVAC systems. I also manage trommel change-outs, conveyor and waste plant maintenance, structural steel modifications and full piling rig programmes from auger refurbs and top hats to kelly bars, quills, drive keys and track guides.

Fabrication & Welding

  • Stainless and mild-steel fabrication from raw plate to finished assemblies.
  • MIG, flux-core, stick, and TIG welding in all positions with current codes for stick welding, MIG welding solid core and flux core.
  • Reading from drawings, swaging, rolling, brake press work, spot welding, fabricating and CNC plasma cutting supported by CAD.

  • Trommel drum change-outs, building wall removal/reinstatement, and rolled internal liner replacements.
  • Piling rig preventative maintenance: auger refurb/manufacture, top hats, CMC tooling, vibro pokers, kelly bars, quills, and drive keys.
  • Food-grade screeners, vibrating sieves, elevators, silos, and stainless ducting fabricated end-to-end.
  • LED sign manufacture and installation for plant status and safety messaging.
