- Confined space, hot work, and permit-to-work familiarisation.
- First aid and manual handling (renew as scheduled).

Self-employed | Current- Emergency call-out to Keller piling rig: drilled out damaged mast threads with a mag drill, tapped for heavy-duty inserts, refitted auger cleaner arm, and reopened the rig the same afternoon.
- Rebuilt Klemm rig canopy and rotary guarding: fabricated new panels and gates, resolved hydraulic leaks, and delivered the package painted and trimmed ready for site.
- Carried out planned maintenance including auger flight hardfacing, captive chain repairs, and hydraulic pipework replacements to prevent unplanned downtime.
- Provided month-long standby cover on nuclear power station piling ops, completing inspections and reactive welding while maintaining strict clearance and reporting requirements.
